If you are overwhelmed with the daily grind, have more on your to-do list than available time or just feel out of sorts and want to replenish the mind, body and spirit then a mini-retreat “self-care” workshop is for you.
Join us for an afternoon of movement, discussion, meditation and sound as we journey together to nourish the soul, replenish our energy and rediscover ways to relax and promote self-care. This celebration of life and community will bring harmony into your day through insightful conversations, body movement, quiet meditations and using sound to promote relaxation and wellness. We will tap into our inner guidance system for strength and clarity, discover ways to move past vulnerability and allow the soul freedom to soar.
This one-of-a-kind interactive workshop brings together co-facilitators Cathy Roberts – licensed professional counselor and engaging retreat and workshop facilitator and Venetia Bailey – Happiness Coach, STAR practitioner and musician. Cathy and Venetia will, through guided and interactive activities, assist participants with exploring ways to release inner resistance and limiting beliefs allowing movement toward resilience, self-care and wellness.
